Thank you for your online order, we hope that you are happy with your new purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund service provided the following guidelines are abided by:

  • All items must be unused
  • Clothing must be clean, unworn and unwashed with all original packaging and tags attached
  • Once the packaging is opened on undergarments, it cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your package
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

If you are happy with the requirements above please fill out below and send back the item/s in sufficient packaging to avoid damage to goods in transit. Send all returns to the address above. Monticule cannot be held responsible for any returned parcels lost in the post.

EXCHANGES

We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item please submit a new order online and return your original purchase following the refund guidelines.

REFUNDS

If you want to send back your order for a refund please fill out below. For your protection, please ensure you return your goods via recorded or registered post.


You will not be refunded the initial postage cost unless a mistake has been made by Monticule.


Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 5 working days for processing upon receipt of your item and 4 working days for the refund to clear into your account. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.

RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

We will happily provide you with a return shipping label if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Please contact us for a return shipping label.

Monticule does not reimburse for shipping cost paid independently by the customer without prior authorization.
